What guests loved:

- The hospitality of the hotel-stuff and their professionalism is really great. We had a very difficult day in Arezzo and they did everything they could to support and guide us! - The beds are very c...

Areas for improvement:

- The location is a bit further away from city centre (30min on foot) - There is a bus though every ~30-60min - The shower in the room is a bit outdated and not in the best shape
